What are my payment options?

For international orders, MARIA WETSUIT currently accepts credit card payments only.We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

What are my shipping options and rates?

・We ship via Express Mail Service(EMS). EMS is the fastest international mail service for sending up to 30 kg of documents and merchandise simply and conveniently.

・Shipping rate is calculated based on location, weight and shipping class.

・Weight of packaging (1kg) will be added to your orders (packaging plus contents will be the total gross weight of the package).

・Pricing will be provided at checkout.

How long will it take to receive the package?

・For custom orders, MARIA WETSUIT begins the production of an item only after a confirmed customer order is received.

・Please allow up to 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for your orders to be processed. Once your order is being processed and approved, fulfillment times vary based upon the item, season, and the current inventory for non-custom order items (typical production lead-time for high season is one to three months).

・Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. MARIA WETSUIT will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur.
